These are the statutory disclosures required of a company by section 82 of the Companies Act 2006 and by regulation 25 of the Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015.

Nature of the service
Whatspaying generates checklists. It tells a person which kinds of place a recurring payment can sit in, roughly what shape such a payment takes when it appears on a statement, and where they would go to stop one once they have found it.
It connects to no bank or payment account, accepts no file or screenshot upload, and processes no amount, transaction, balance or card number. It is not a bank, not a payment service, not an account aggregation service, not credit monitoring or credit repair, not debt advice or debt settlement, and not a regulated financial service of any kind. It gives no financial advice and cancels nothing on anybody’s behalf.
Governing law
These matters are governed by the law of Scotland. The full position is set out in the terms of service.
Data protection
The company is the data controller for personal data processed through this site. The privacy policy explains what is processed and sets out the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
